Basically, I think i've been stiffed by an internet company and in the event that they dont reply to my mails and sort this out I may have to go through the small claims court.
Still early days but after some digging they seem to be extremely unreliable with some people taking weeks/months to get a refund and others not getting one at all.
In that event I need to know who i'm dealing with and where they are (need a name and address basically).
