how do i fix my ram timings :(??

can anybody help, im pretty stuck, i bought the geil pc6400 ram when it was on special last week, i installed it but now i dont know how to set the timings which cpuz says is 5-5-5-5-18

do you guys know how to sort it? my mobo is a gigabyte 965p DS3 rev 3.3

im rather stuck

In your bios, find the section with the ram settings, you'll need to change:

Cas# Latency (tcl)
Ras# to Cas# Delay (trcd)
Ras# Precharge (trp)
Cycle Time
 
Hit Ctrl and F1 together on the main BIOS screen. Then enter the MIT menu and set the first 4 timings to 4, 4, 4, and 12 respectively. You'll also have to set the Memory Overvoltage Control to +0.3v for the memorys required 2.1v.
