How do I flash BIOS

Gigabyte X58-UD5.
Anyone know?

In chapter 4 off your manual, there will be a section on how to update your BIOS, use the Q-Flash Utility (which runs in DOS), you can use a USB storage device, remember also that as soon as you have done the update enter the BIOS again and select "Load Optimized Defaults" then reboot and enter BIOS again before you set you o/c etc...

Awesome. Except... I can't get Qflash to work.

Its very very simple on this board. format usb as fat32 then stick bios file on. May have to enable keyboard in bios then flash away with Q-flash. Best flashing set up iv ever used.

When I unzip the BIOS rar from the site there is like 3 files... which one is it?
I tried exactly what you said but nothing showed up in Q-Flash.
