Hi.

Well my GCSE results I got from school like 4 years ago seem to have vanished into thin air , anyway I need to get them back and this will involve re printing them I guess. How do I go about doing this and how much you rekon I'll be charged?

Thanks.

Misses was charged £7.50 from the exam board to get a reprint of her GCSEs however not all are on there as there were 2 or 3 boards used

I remember all mine were from AQA apart from Business Studied that was Edexcel or something like that.

You'll have to contact the relevant exam boards (usually AQA/OCR/Edexcel) and ask to have your certificates sent to you.

You need to apply to the exam boards. There is however a weird caveat with AQA. My g/f found she had to apply to their north and south offices separatly. This might however be because she did her exams before the two boards that became AQA joined together. You'll be charged about £20 per board. She also found that if you apply to a board an it turns out you didn't take any exams with them you don't get charged.

Another option might be to conntact your school and / or college, they'll probably give you a letter stating all your grades for free.

On my certificates it says the only way you can get another copy is if they have been damaged in a fire or flood, and that you need to send in the damaged remains in to prove it =\

How do I apply? Do I have to ring them does it involve filling in a large form? I would have thought at jobs and uni's they would want to see the real thing and not just some slip from a college with the grades on?

Should I ring Exams Office Support or Examination results statistics? or would the switchboard be better?

Go with the Switchboard and explain the situation, they will just put you through the specific Department or help you directly.
