Could you clarify...

Would you 1) like to display a pre-existing RSS feed (e.g. BBC News) on your site or, 2) give users an rss feed of news on your site?

Sorry, choice 1) Use an existing rss (BBC etc) feed in a "news section" type of thing on my site

Dunno about using stuff for free but connecting to the appropriate XML file and getting the links wouldn't be too hard.

Not quite sure if you want to grab feeds and display it on your own site but I have just done that with a website I put together (not sure if I can say the name but feel free to drop me an email - address in trust).

All I can say is get a host with PHP5 and learn to love SimpleXML

The site I did has about 6 feeds being used and that one function saved a shed load of work!!
