How do i get both my sli cards fan speed the same?

Hi, ive just added a second gtx and i use rivatuner to knock the fan speed up to 100%, ive done so but the second card is still at 60%.

Any ideas please?

Ive not used ntune as ive heard bad things about it. I was confident rivatuner would alter both fans but maybe not
