How do I get Bus and Frequency the same?

Hi everyone, I was wondering how do I get the Bus Speed the same as my Memory Frequency on my Gigabyte DQ6 mobo? When I up the CPU Frequency the memory frequency gets higher and so does my bus speed but only marginly.

How do I lower my memory frequency so they are both running at 400MhZ?

Current Memory Frequency: 443.8MhZ
Current Bus Speed: 355MhZ

by running FSB:RAM ratio at 1:1, that is 2:00 in your gigabyte bios I believe

Cheers mate ^^ I couldn't find it at first as the two obvious ones were 2.50 and auto but the 2.0 was lower down... :$
