There's this stupid program installed on my pc (god knows how, I usually avoid downloading anything that installs rubbish like this with it!) and it won't be removed, I've tried uninstalling it through the control panel, and deleting it in the chrome extensions tab, and reset all my chrome settings, but it still keeps coming back every time i re-open Chrome.
How do I permanently rid my PC of it, it's seriously annoying!
