How do I get the car loader/spawner to work on newest patch? (retail game)

In GTA 4, I've tried the asiloaders and car spawner mods but when I put in the script hook I get a message in a text file saying game version unavailingly or something along those lines.

Is there any other ones out there that I could try or that you would recommend?
