How do i go about cancelling internet contract?

hi people can anyone on here please tell me how i go about cancelling my contract with BT internet ?

Ive tried over 20 times in the week to cancel it to no avail :mad:

Indian call centres are the main problem as i cant understand or i get cut off! Iam at my wits end with this, and was considering giving offcom a call?

Any other suggestions ?

have U not just dialed 150??? & gone through to the disconections dept?? if your aint had any joy there try this number 0800 800 060.

You're tied to a contract term, or you just want to migrate?

By contract do you mean you're still in the minimum contract period?
