How do i go about overclocking my AMD 2400+ Dual Core

Title says it really, my brother needs help with overclocking it...the specs for his pc are:
Mainboard : BIOSTAR Group NF61S-M2B
Chipset : nVidia 6100V
Processor : AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+ @ 2500 MHz
Physical Memory : 2048 MB (2 x 1024 DDR2-SDRAM )
Video Card : NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT
Hard Disk : WDC (200 GB)

I ask the first question because if its prebuilt hp, dell ....... then you may not be able to o'c

then that link will provide you with all the info you will need just make sure you have adequate cooling stock cooling you will find wont do a good enough job
