thanks for the responses. I'm building this machine for my sister and if it was me I would probably wait until december but she's not into games like crysis more like Sims so this should be fine!
I agree with the power supply comment too. I have a corsair at the moment so that is why I chose that one but that seems like a decent suggestion.
Can anyone suggest a better Mobo? For ~100 ex VAT?

She likes video editing and other graphics work so that's why I'm going for a more powerful processor. I think the 4850 would be good enough but I shouldn't discount her wanting to play new games in the future that needs better graphics for.
She's having trouble choosing a case. Something about not being able to find one that looks nice for her budget of under £80. I try to tell her she should find something functional but... women!
