How do I install a new ROM? (I've read modaco)

I've got a samsung i900 and want to install a new ROM, but I don't know how to do it.

I tried looking online but There seems to be a program or two that are needed :confused:

Found something called updater.exe, tried using the samsung website but the link is broken.

- install a recovery (or fake flash), Amon-RA/clockwork)
- clear all caches via recovery
- flash new rom .zip via recovery

have a look on XDA-Dev in the section for your phone, all the tools should be there along with the roms
