How do I install spiral wrap?

Hi,

Hope I don't sound stupid here but I have just got hold of some spiral wrap to hopefully tidy up the cabling inside my case, how do I get the spiral wrap past the actual molex heads anyone any ideas?

Yeah looks just like that, It doesn't seem thick enough to have a molex pass through it!
