A router with an ADSL modem will usually be described as a ADSL router. If it's described as a cable or FTTC router then there probably isn't a modem in there.
If you aren't sure look at the specs for the WAN port. If it's described as 10/100 or Gigabit then is won't have a modem (unless it's dual WAN).
If there are pictures of the connections available then you should be able to spot the different between a RJ11 (modem) and a RJ45 (no modem) WAN port.
Always refer back to the manufacturer's website for the specifications rather than relying on retailer descriptions.
