How do I know if my processor's been overclocked?

I bought my rig from OCuK overclocked to 3.2Ghz.

How do I check to see if it has been overclocked?

well the bus speed is 170, stock it's 133 so yes it's been overclocked, although that is also way too much voltage unless the motherboard is a gigabyte one
