How do i lossless rotate a PNG image for free?

I've found jpg lossless rotate apps but not for png

i mean...i know you probably cant lose quality by rotating a PNG, but i cant evenf ind a tool that rotates it in the first place

i have Windows 2000 on this comp , no picture viewer, and ACDSee does a terrible job

Ditto excellent program - use it for pixel editing as I hate using photoshop for that.

Infraview is also very good and does what you want.

Yeah Paint.Net is very good. Much better than the default MS Paint.
