how do i make a help guide topic?

hey guys, id like to post a topic with a help guide, so people can see it regularly.
I never made it, and all credit will be given to the OP, but they dont use this site, but i know the guide will help people on here.
how do i set up a help guide topic? thanks!

Well I guess if it's good it will get stickied to the top of the forum.

It'll have to be really, really good to get stickied.

Too many stickies fills up the first page too much so there's only ever going to be a limited number.

Perhaps you should post what you're thinking of doing to see if it's likely to be successful.
