How do I make a simple 2 page website?

Hi guys,

I got a promise from someone (Not here) to make me a 2 page website for my Driving Instruction business and they have let me down rather badly!

Anyone able to suggest a good site for a 'how to build a wepage for dummys'? Also whats the easiest most idiot proof way to build a 2 page website First page is a simple logo and introduction, the second page is just a contact form to allow pupil enquiry's.

hmmm if you dont know any webdesign at all then it would probably be better to get someone else to do it.

It will take a lot of your time to learn XHTML and the result may not be good (no offence its just that good design takes practice) and for the form you will need to use PHP.

OK thats an option, so as a rough guide what sort of money should a 2 page site cost does anyone know?
