How do I make my mouse do more scrolls per turn?

Hi! It's been a long time since i've asked for help! Just wanted to ask if anyone knew how to change the amount of times a window (webpage, my music folder, stuff like that) scrolls down when you slide the mouse scroll down.

Go into the mouse options in control panel and select the "wheel" tab.
