How do i modify nvidia bios for 100% fanspeed?

Hi overclockers, i want to have my cards fan speed at 100% on boot up as rivatuner only works for the 1 card in vista. Also ive tried ntune but it never loads the profile at startup. Im aware that i can modfiy my cards bios so they both spin at 100% without having to use 3rd party programs.
But i dont know how but im sure some guru here knows:)

Anyone??
