How do I OC my ram?

Have 3000 cl15 ram with a 3800x and 3080, trying to push this a bit higher, how do I properly go about this? Mobo is x570 tuf, I know how to adjust timings and frequency, just not sure of the proper way of finding a stable oc

Jumping in here as I'm interested in this too. I have a 5800x and a 3080 and a 3200mhz CL14 Team Group 8-pack kit I'm keen to overclock to some higher frequencies.
