I know same old qustion,

My sig says 3gig but i had to reset m/b and forgot how to get 3gig,

Is it 1:1 ratio?? i want to keep the memory at 1066 and get CPU upto 3gig "or more" i am running on stock cooler

Thanks in advance

You'll need to set the FSB to 334mhz, and set the Memory Multiplier to x3.0 (you won't get the memory to run at 1066mhz unless you set the FSB to 355mhz, giving you a CPU speed of 3.2ghz).

Remember to set the correct voltage for your memory.

Cripes for some reason I thought you had a Gigabyte board :/

You'll have a DRAM Frequency option rather than a Memory Multiplier option for setting the memory speed. Just select whichever option gives you closest to 1066mhz.

Hi Cob,

I gave that a go, but would lock up on 3dmark 06.

PCIe speed i have at 101mhz memory voltage at 2.3 as per manufacturer,
sorry but forgotten what cpu volts is.

Memory timming i have left standard 5,5,5,15 FSB is stable at 320 and multiplyer at 9, Do i change multiplyer to say 8 or 7???

Thanks

I belive the temps are around 43/c, I took the cpu fan off to apply some greese and getting that fan back on "what a pain"

I will see what i can do

Thanks
