How do I overclock my i5 2500k?

Got my new build up and running on stock and my Hyper 212+ installed.

How'd I go about getting this @ 4.5ghz and my memory at 1600mhz?

for memory change DRAM Voltage to 1.6v and Speed Memory Multiplier (SPD) to 16.00

I'm a bit confused with the DRAM Timing Selectable, i've set my speed to 1600mhz so can I leave this on auto? Or if on the Quick setting, which settings?
