how do i overclock with a locked cpu

is there anyway to overclock a cpu when it and the muliplier are locked ?besides using ntune?

ive managed to get my q6600 upto 2.6ghz through ntune but i want to do it the correct way through the bios, im currently using a dell xps 720

lol, i know dell like to be dirrerent ( even though i own one im goin to say, being different is not always better). with dell the main flaw is the lack of upgradeability and obviously for overclockers the lack of access in the bios

the case is good on the 720, and the cooling is quite good ,comes with 750psu. i think ill need to buy an adaptor when/if i decide to upgrade to sli 8800gtx
