How do I Permanently Set the Affinity of an Application?

Hi All,

I wonder if anyone can help me - I have a program (PowerCinema) that works best if the affinity is set to one cpu only.

Is there a utility that will allow me to permanently set the affinity for this one application on start up?

Looks like this might just solve my problem with making the Cinergy card a viable twin tuner TV card!
