How do I put in a new image link for my signature

Cant find where I used to edit it:

I'm pretty careful on the size limit so it shouldnt be disabled afaik just doesnt appear anywhere I can find it to change. I can put the sig pic into my profile page but sig is what I or anyone would see most often
