can someone help me as i want to put windows 7 onto a pen drive and are there any tools for installing all drivers etc?
How do i put windows onto a usb stick?

RUFUS.
I used to just use the standard Windows 7 USB DVD Burner tool from Microsoft but had issues previously whereas RUFUS worked fine.

Personally just get the NIC (Network) drivers for the motherboard from the motherboard manufacturers websites and then install the rest once it's online*
* 90% of the time not needed as Windows will have the drivers.

I guess you mean to install Windows 7 from a USB stick? You'll need the ISO file and Windows 7 USB/DVD download tool from Microsoft.
