How do I quieten a shuttle fan?!

Just built a shuttle SG33G5 with a C2D E2140

The fan that cools the CPU seems to be a bit load. Can I use speedfan to monitor the temps and control the fan? Or should I just get a better cooler?

Any recommendations greatly recieved!

Nice reply! But this may not quieten it much!

Why I hear you ask?! Because if the cooler is working at max to keep the CPU cool then a new fan, just because it is slightly quieter, will be just that, slightly quieter!

Was more looking for people who know of any larger CPU coolers I could fit so the fan does not have to work as hard to keep me temps down.

You may have just said 'Water cool it mate' or 'Put it in the fridge!'
