How do I recover unallocated disk space in windows10?

Windows 10 - how do I recover unused disk space using disk management in win10?

I have 776mb unallocated

Photo doesn't properly show up, the direct link to the image needs to be between the IMG tags (links ends in .jpg, .png, etc).

You can right click and format it but it will be a different partition, the Macrium_PE partition is in the way. You will need to use a different partition tool to move it but not sure what's a good software to use.

EDIT: Above tool looks decent enough.
