How do i report counterfeit sruff on ebay and get a refund

Bought a replacement Mercedes hood ornament off Ebay but it's more temu.

The locking collar is low quality, the box is a good mock up of a mercedes part box.

If the seller is in the UK then you should report them to Trading Standards.

Did the listing say it was genuine / origional. If not you might struggle. If it did then just report as not as described via the report a problem with this item.
