for soem reason yesterday i was getting 70 fps on rift on ultra and 150+ on low settinsg and now im getting liek 50 on ultra and 70 on low ive been playing around in bios i did that auto tune thing but i dont think its working said 4.3mhz increase from 3.30mhz

i did turn of teh tpu switch on motherboard because it causes my system to stop start 3 times when booting before it goes all the way.
anyway im pretty clueless any help would be much apreciated

Open up the case with the computer switched off. Look for a blue plastic jumper cover very close to the black 9 pin IE1394 ports at the base of the motherboard. It'll be covering 2 out of 3 pins.

Take it off carefully and place the plastic cap over the other 2 pins..for e.g if pins 1 - 2 are covered then place plastic cover on pins 2 - 3. Leave for a minute then replace back to the way it was when you opened the case.

Reboot your pc. If you get warned that BIOS settings have changed on reboot just hit F1 to load BIOS defaults.

My P8Z68 does that too, seems to POST 3 times and the fans switch on and off each time (its kinda like pull-starting a generator, like dum, dum, dum.......dum, dum, dum.....dum dum dum.....FIRE). Every 5 or 6 boots it also reports "Overclocking Failed!" but the clock seems to be still boosted to 4.4?

Not a huge hassle as the PC itself is rock solid when running and not had any issues in use. Notice there is a beta BIOS available on their site so hoping this will sort it out when its released.
