How do I run a monitor from a secondary Crossfire card?

You can either connect monitors to your second GPU, or you can use Crossfire. Afraid you can't use both at the same time.

What monitors are you trying to connect? Depending what resolutions and connections you have, probably be able to run the secondary monitor on one of the spare outputs on your primary GPU, or from your motherboard outputs.

The 2nd card is essentially a dud for any outputs if you enable crossfire.

If you need more monitor connectivity, you can do what I do and run them off of the iGPU.

Damnit!

I can probably use the onboard DP then, I have some excessive cable routing so I don't have wires on show, Mouse and KB only.

I got 3 5m DP cables for this reason but my gaming Xs only have 2 DPs each. I guess I won't be trying freesync eyefinity then, not on this build anyway.

I have heard that they will be running freesync through HDMI2.0, which my monitor has and the cards have, I think it's unlikely there will be a firmware update, though and it may have hardware needs the monitor doesn't satisfy. pfft.

The iGPU may be disabled on gfx card connection, not sure about that, will have to scan the bios/manual, hope it does as I can at least hide a cable.

Cheers for the info guys :)

Have enabled IGPU for multi-monitor in bios, I can see it in Dev Manager, doesn't seem to be outputting, though. Any Ideas on that? Res is 1440p, I would assume that would be supported?
