How do I save my Call of Duty 4 profile???

Hi All

How do I go about saving my Call of Duty 4 online profile?
I'm about to install Vista on a new system in a few weeks and I don't want to lose my Level 55 profile with all my weapons, scores, achievements, kills and so on.
Is all the information stored online and unlocked when I logon or is it in a folder somewhere on my HDD???

In vista its in /users/<you>/appdata/local/virtualstore/activision, In XP it will be somewhere inside prog files/activision/cod4 most likely. If you just copy the full folder and paste it back when you install the game again.

Should be under: C:\Program Files\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\players\profiles

I thought they were stored online somewhere (despite the lack of login), and was quite annoyed that I lost my profile after a reinstall of XP!

lol I backed up the wrong thing on vista - got ****** when it wouldnt work when i reinstalled so i found a way to unlock every weapon and get top rank throught someone elses account AND none of the challanged are done. I know its cheating but i got so annoyed that i lost everything that i had done before.

it consists of downloading their profile - chainging ** keycode then changing ** keycode back - pretty simple

I lost my profile yesterday after a reformat so it's back to bootcamp for me. Pretty annoying but I'll soon work my way up again.
