How do i set it up for storage

Hi

So ive now got my system,At the moment everything is being stored on the SSD,But i do want my photos etc stored on my other hard drive,How do i set it up so all media etc goes to that drive?

Basically.. Right click your Documents/Videos/Photos/Music folder, Properties, Location tab, change this.

-Make sure you set them as D:\Documents\ and not just D:\ for example. Setting it as the root of the drive will cause havok.

Cheers ill have a read sounds easy,I know its better to store all media etc on the hard drive,Is it also best to have the downloads go to the hard drive and not the SSD.

Ok im having problems,I have windows 10 and everytime i download stuff it goes straight into c drive.

EDIT: Now looking and my downloads appear in c drive and also my other drive,How do i stop it going into c drive?

Depends what you are using to download said things. Google chrome has a download path option within it that you will need to change.

As above, which browser are you using?

Google..

Change download location for "firefox/chrome/edge/opera/safari(lol)"

thanks it was as simply as going into Chrome and changing the download location.
