How do i set up a black ops server?

sorry if this is in the wrong place,

i want to set up a black ops server for me and my friends to play on, can anyone point me in the right direction of doing this?

**note** i have loads of old PC's (40gb, 1gb ram, am2) and a 20mb internet connection

AFAIK there are no public dedicated server files - you can run a private listen server - but if your not playing on the same PC that uses up a player slot - and needs more than 1gig RAM and an ok video card.

At this time you can only rent ranked or unranked dedicated servers from gameservers.com (anywhere else does not have permission to host this game).
