How do I share basket/save config on the forum

I apologise, as this is probably somewhere and I and I've completely blown past it in my search, or I'm just not understanding how to do it with a BB code. But how on earth do I share my basket/save configuration for a custom build I am discussing getting advice on, so it's shows everything in it (like I've seen on some of the boards).

Go to your basket on Overclockers shop > click 'BBCODE' > copy all text that appears in black box > paste text into forum post
