How do I stop "connect to msnusers.com"?

One of my PCs has started to throw up a box when windows explorer is opened, and cancelling only brings it back - about 6 cancels are needed to stop it. The box wants me to "connect to msnusers.com". This is very annoying, does anyone know how to stop it?

The PC runs XP home and is up to date with updates; has office 2003 and IE7; I have uninstalled windows messanger as I thought it maybe related to that.

Any help appriciated.

Oh NO!

On restart, MS Office re-installs and puts back the file and the "connect to msnusers.com" reappaers :confused:
