How do I stop maximised video in my browser minimizing when using dual displays?

Apologies for the title, can't think of a good way to explain the problem in a limited number of characters.

Essentially I have two screens running at 1680x1050 in Vista with Ultramon running.

Is there a way to lock keyboard input on one screen when I maximise video running from a browser. That way I can work on the other screen without minimising it.

There are some tutorials I'm trying to follow that unfortunately are unreadable except when maximised...

and once I try and follow them on the other screen the video is minimised.

Not sure if its possible.

The only way I have achieved this is by using VLC to play media and setting it to Always On Top and making my start bar auto-minimise. This doesn't help trying to play content in a browser though. Are there downloaded versions?

There aren't unfortunately. However I had a feeling this might be a tall order. I can work around it...

Another thing you could try as an ugly fix is to lower the resolution on the screen playing the videos to almost the resolution of the videos. So the video will then play almost in full screen without having to be maximised, should make it readable while doing other stuff on the other monitor.

Good thinking... that'd work if they weren't so small already.

Cheers guys. Somehow thought something like this could on the off chance already be a feature of Ultramon that I was just overlooking. However the actual usage of such a feature is so rare I can see why they wouldn't bother.
