how do i stop this message in vista!

Its the message that pops up - for User account control - this programme needs your permission, bah bah bah.

Its really bugging me, can i turn it off?

goto user accounts in control panel and its somewhere on there.

the n you have to restart your PC for some reason to disable a totally pointless feature

Control Panel > User Accounts > Turn User Account Control on or off (off)
