How do I transfer files from PC to laptop over wireless?

Hi there, can anyone please tell me the most simplest way how to send a file to my laptop downstaires from my PC over wireless?

I'm using windows 7 beta, but even if you have xp or vista it will probably be the same way so if you dont mind explaining I'd much appretiate it.

The laptop is on xp by the way, incase you need to know that.

The standard Windows filesharing, via the Network option in the Start menu?

Share a drive/folder via its properties and browse to it via the network.

I think I did the sharing part fine on my PC but I dont know where to find the folder I am sharing on the laptop which has xp pro on.

I just right clicked on a folder and went to sharing on my PC and allowed sharing on that folder.
