How do I turn £7 into £2 million?

"‘I’m being super careful. That photograph is the most valuable thing I’ve ever had in my possession. It’s staying in my friend’s safe for now..’"

Oh i'm ever so sorry Justin, some burglars have had away with your photograph...

"worth £2 million"

No, rather some idiot is willing to potentially pay £2 million.

and if they do then it was indeed worth £2million

the only correction needed is "potentially worth 2 million" or "estimated worth 2 million" (for now)

lol i seen this being worth £2000 earlier :p

no one knows what its rarely worth.;) daily mail next its worth 10,000000000000

A friends safe lol. Anything like that should be kept somewhere safer than that, like a 24 hour guarded safety deposit box location.

Its worth as much, as someone is willing to pay for it at the time. Same with anything else considered rare or valuable... lol

I could deffo turn the £2mil into £7 quickly :D

And even worse than that.. 'Justin then sent the 3.5 inches by 2.5 inches Victorian tintype photograph to Los Angeles forensic expert Kent Gibson who has verified evidence for the FBI.'.

Pushing his luck he'd ever see it again if he used Royal Mail.

seems a bit dubious that the relevant points (at least those mentioned in the article) are the neck (which is mostly covered and could certainly be deceptive based on chin position and the bottom lip (which again can move... I'd be inclined to say even that tilting your head up causes it to appear smaller and titling it down causes it to appear bigger + making your neck smaller)

would be better if there was something else like the measurements between the eyes, position of the ears etc..etc..

doesn't say what this guy is an "expert" in either...

the second photo has a shirt collar that rises above the level of the jacket, the first has a collar that is well below the jacket... also turning the head further to one side (in addition to having it tilted further up) exposes more of the neck. I hope for the sake of the guy who bought it that he gets another expert to take a look and there is something less variable than "neck" and "bottom lip" mentioned
