Oh Canada!
I have a Hitron CGN3 Modem/router. I need to turn off DHCP for my LAN so that my Xbox one will always have the same IP address for port forwarding purposes. Can't figure out how to do this.

Obviously I need all my other devices, via ethernet or WIFI, to continue functioning normally.

Please help.

You don't need to turn off DHCP, you can just add a static address for your Xbox. If you do turn off DHCP in your router, you're going to have some fun and games setting all your devices to use static ones :p

This site should get you off to a good start https://portforward.com/hitron-technologies/cgn3/

Don't download anything from that website, it tries to point you in that direction but all the information you need is there, you don't need any third party applications.
