Control Panel > Backup and Restore

Also check Task Scheduler for any scheduled backups by running taskschd.msc.

To turn off messages about Windows Backup?

Control Panel, System and Security, Action Center, Maintenance and 'Backup'.

Then click 'Turn off messages about Windows Backup'.

Or click the flag on bottom right corner and then Open Action Center.
