How do i update my Bios please?

hi,

my motherboard is Gigabyte Z97P-D3 Intel Z97 (Socket 1150) DDR3 and i went to this site to see how to update bios which i have not done before

Would i download all those or just the one at the top or is their an updater that will do this and find out what version i already have!

Downlaod the BIOS version you want.

Extract the downloaded compressed folder and place the actual BIOS file (*MB or greater usually) onto a USB stick.

Reboot and go into the BIOS.

Select Qflash and update from drive.

thanks for that, also in the case of my MB would i download the latest which is F7? does that include all under or are all to be installed.

That is the latest one listed and will contain all previous updates.
