How do i update the bio's of my mobo?

I have an old 775 mobo that i use for a media pc and im putting a quad core in it for a little boost, According to the website i need to update the bios to run the new cpu but im not sure how to do it.

This is the mobo i have

I have found a link to the bio's download its self but i have no idea how to update it.

Is Qflash available in the BIOS?

Or the windows based utility called @BIOS

?

Download the bios and unzip to a usb stick. Reboot and enter the bios and use Q-flash to update.
