How do I use my Black Box voucher?

Probably a very stupid question, but I cannot find out how to redeem the Black Box voucher I got with my new HD3850. The site listed on the coupon (http://steamgames.com/activateati) does not exist. The Steam website also shows nothing obvious.

Please help.

Its a voucher you got free with one of the ATI cards a while back, my flatmate had one. If however this is some news story that I am yet to find, sauce?

They also come with the Gecube 3870 cause I've got mine up for sale on ebay, cause I brought the orange box (never had Half Life 2 before that, so great deal for me

No, they're not releasing the black box. The black box was promised to people buying ATI cards before it got cancelled, so buying an ATI card is the only way to get the black box.
