How do my temps look?

So I have overclocked my QX6850 to 3853 MHz (Everest shows voltage at 1.47) and it has been running fine for 3 weeks. It is watercooled but I just used bits and pieces I had lying around to do the watercooling and I am planning to redo the watercooling, but was just wandering how bad or good my temps are now.

Right now my watercooling is 2 rads with 3 fans on 1 and 2 on the other a reserator 2 as my reservoir and DCC pump. I also used CPU block from a friends black pearl and I water cool both my gtx's.

My CPU temps when they are idle are according to Everest.
CPU: 35c
Core 1: 55c
Core 2: 51c
Core 3: 48c
Core 4: 47c

And on load they are (prime 95 running for 30mins)
CPU: 66c
Core 1: 72c
Core 2: 73c
Core 3: 69c
Core 4: 69c

To me idle seems ok but on load way too hot?

My gpus are running at 51 and 48c so they seem fine.

Is my CPU running on load close to the max amount of heat it can handle? That said I have never seen it hit that only in prime.

Could I get away with this dodgy watercooling for a couple of months without causing any damage?

And which temp should I look at in Everest? Overall CPU? Or core by core.

And how hot can you run a qx6850 without causing damage?

Thanks any advice is welcome.
