How do OcUK sort out RMAs?

I emailed BFG about an RMA and they told me to contact OCUK about it instead. So returned the card to OcUK, do OcUK poke the card a bit and send me a new one or return it to BFG for the RMA?

Getting a bit paranoid as I've heard some nightmare stories about people dealing with OcUK and RMAs.
