Trying to get my cpu to a stable 3ghz.

- Windows Vista 64-bit Home Premium
- Intel Core 2 DUO E6600 Overclocked @ 3GHz.
- ASUS P5N32-E SLI PLUS Motherboard
- GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4 Dual Channel Kit
- G.Skill PK (2x1GB) PC2-6400 CAS4 Dual Channel Kit

Looks fine to me although I would wage you could get quite a lot more from the E6600. Most do 3.2GHz + with the minimal of hassle. Have you tried running at 400(1600) x 8? This will also allow you to run the ram 1:1 rather than unsynced.
 
No m8. I take it you are thinking about Resourcer 0.8 Beta and Xpize though;).

The general rule is to use the highest multiplier you can...there is no point imho to run a higher fsb than you need to.

I think your figs look fine...btw I have same proc and have had mine to 3.55ghz stable, although you will need to slacken off your mem timings and have a lot of air going past your HSF.
